Webster University Tashkent Celebrates Record Enrollment for Fall 2025

In just six years since opening its doors, Webster University Tashkent has once again made history.
For the Fall 2025 semester, the largest campus in Webster’s global network welcomed more than 3,000 new students, setting a new enrollment record and reaffirming its position as a premier destination for international-quality higher education in Central Asia.
With Fall enrollment surpassing all expectations, the University is expanding its facilities, student services and partnerships to meet growing demand.

Since its establishment in 2019, Webster University Tashkent has transformed the higher education landscape in Uzbekistan. In only six years:
- Enrollment has grown to over 6,370 students from more than 32 countries, making it the largest and most diverse Webster campus, worldwide.
- New programs in health care, science, business and technology have been introduced to meet the evolving needs of Uzbekistan and the global market.
- Over 40% of faculty are international professors, enriching classrooms with diverse perspectives and expertise.
- The University has become a trusted partner of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and other government institutions.
- Hundreds of students have received government scholarships and discounts, expanding access to an American education for talented youth across the country.
As the first American university in Uzbekistan, Webster Tashkent blends U.S. academic traditions with the rich culture and values of Uzbekistan.
